Tradeshows
Navigating tradeshows can be challenging! We’ll manage the exhibitor sign-up process, monitor exhibitors, collaborate closely with the venue and decorator to supervise event setup and teardown, and handle logistics for exhibitor representatives and booth staff.
Food & Beverage Coordination
The selection and presentation of food and beverages at a meeting play a pivotal role in enhancing participant satisfaction and fostering a conducive environment for networking and collaboration.

Venue Collaboration
We will collaborate proactively with the venue to guarantee inclusivity in food options and verify that confirmed attendees matches the food counts accurately
Banquet Event Orders
Our experience in organizing and formatting venue Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) allows me to quickly spot any inconsistencies in the required services provided by the venue.
Vendor Relations
We value our relationship with vendors. We will work closely with vendor partners through every step of your event. If there is an issue onsite, we will work to immediately correct it!
Audio Visual
Audio-visual elements are crucial for meetings; enhancing communication, engagement, and the overall effectiveness of conveying information.
CME Events will work directly with the onsite audio-visual provider to ensure the setups are accurate, addressing any last-minute changes promptly.
